Dear interested parties, the web portal has beautiful pictures and a great atmosphere, but unfortunately I cannot tell you what it is like there. How so? Very easily. I have received a voucher for the hotel, but Corona prevents me from redeeming it on time and the hotel refuses to extend the voucher or enter into another agreement. Still friendly on site when exhibiting, but when the going gets tough, you as a future customer will be able to pay for it. My service rating is therefore accordingly. Best regards

Nice ambience, very good cuisine, something exquisite on the menu for every taste. Always trying to meet the guest's wishes. Handcrafted with a lot of love and respect for nature's products. One would like to become a regular guest there.

Very cozy hotel with very good mattresses, beautiful sauna area that was designed with passion. It would be nice if it was open every evening. We felt very comfortable there.

We were in the area after a motorcycle tour and the restaurant was close so we headed for it. The ambience is very nice, we saw the pool of the hotel guests from above and it is also very nice. The prices of the dishes are rather high, but that was completely justified. The food was very tasty. Have seldom eaten so well! The staff was very nice and it was also very quiet there.

The hotel is in a very good location and looks very good inside and out. The food is wonderful there! The room we got from the very friendly ladies at the reception unfortunately looked a bit in need of renovation. Unfortunately, you had to be lucky with the staff in the restaurant. We often felt overlooked and were greeted with looks what you felt but ignored. Before dinner we were asked if we would like to reserve a table who should we choose otherwise we wouldn't have much choice later. So we decided on a table and reserved it for 7pm. We walked around the hotel and sat down in the bar by the fireplace, which is actually right next to the bar and the staff there ran past us permanently. We had to wait a good 20 minutes until they asked us what we want and then waited another 5 minutes for a card and then waited again roughly 15 minutes to order (a woman who just came. Looked like the boss has us then but served directly and very friendly.) At 7 p.m. when we came to dinner the reserved table was occupied and we had to look for another. So it was fully worth the reservation .. at breakfast we stood at the restaurant entrance and were greeted with looks like what they wanted and ignored for the first time until a lady came up to us asked for the room number and didn't even accompany us to our table Once there, ask her what we want to drink. I actually wanted a soft drink but she declined with the words that she would have to do that extra now. Unfortunately, we did not read information about things where to get what and what you could order from her, but from a hidden sign on the table. But how should we order who came to us? After 20 minutes, my friend went to the lady to order an omlette. Thereupon she was told she should go to her place she's coming straight away .. 2 minutes later she came into the room. First cleared all tables asked each guest if there was still something or if everything was good .. after 15 minutes after my friend was in front she finally came to us and asked what she wanted .. then of course breakfast was already there almost run .. all in one a good hotel with very, very delicious food and a partly friendly and attentive staff.

Very good restaurant business! Good service, very delicious food, very clean and on top of that our dog was allowed to ... that's what I call hospitality! Highly recommended! You could say a must if you are in the Black Forest !!!

We spend here with two other people a few days and celebrate New Year's Eve at the hotel. The area is fantastic, you are quickly in Strasbourg and lots to do. The bathroom is too small and there is little net calls is not possible. One should give the guests a little information in the room, e.g. the New Year's Eve Gala on. We have put together piece by piece information.

Clean hotel, breakfast has good selection and the rooms are cozy. Unfortunately a bit noisy and I had the misfortune, the evening the whole time a dog has begged a few rooms and in the morning the next room his alarm clock did not get. There is no mobile network and the WLAN breaks more often. But the parking lot is great :)

Very good hotel as well as the food and the staff are very friendly. We will definitely be back. It was also very quiet and you can really relax.

Beautiful forest with a nice amount of snow, great nature location. Delicious buffet, especially the cake selection! You must try all their cakes! I will definitely stay there again.
